Please note, these prices are only for Dr. Porzio's medical consultations and do not include
laboratory tests, prescription medications, neutraceuticals, or supplements. Young For Life does
not participate in or accept any medical or health insurance, but we will provide you with a
Superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Pricing (effective November 18, 2010):
$350 for the first visit. When you send in your patient packet we will review it and order
appropriate laboratory studies. At this visit Dr. Porzio will go over your symptoms,
review your labs, and suggest treatment. The full price of the consult must be paid at the
first visit.
Prescription refills are $100 every 3 months and include an optional 15 minute office or
email visit.
A recheck with lab work or a visit for a new issue is $200.
Annual follow-up visits are $250 once a year.
HCG diet program is $250. It is an additional $100 for any further rounds of HCG. This
does not include the HCG, which is by prescription only.
We'll give you a super bill for each time you visit or need a refill.
We also offer Designs for Health supplements and Beverly International protein powder
and supplements. Call for a brochure or pricing.
